This Battle takes place in a snowy forest at night. The incredible Hulk at this time is the Grey Hulk, which means not only did he have his usual super strength, he is intelligent and apparently has a healing factor. Wolverine investigates why a passenger plane went down and why several vehicles are on fire. As Wolverine looks around, Hulk notices Wolverine first and leaps at Wolverine, but Wolverine keen senses, tell Wolverine that something was coming, so Wolverine turns and slashes Hulk in mid air before he could even touch him (FIRST STRIKE & BLOOD: WOLVERINE 1).

Hulk tells Wolverine that he is going to ear him apart for cutting him. Wolverine tells Hulk that it was his mistake and tries to explain to Hulk that in the past he loved to fight, but there is no reason to and so it would be pointless. Wolverine turn and walks away. Hulk tells Wolverine that when he was the green Hulk, Wolverine had to get a piece of him, but he is smart now. Hulk leaps again at Wolverine and tries to grab him, Wolverine leaps at Hulk kicks him in the face (WOLVERINE 2) and leaps away and tells Hulk that knowing when to walk away from a fight is more smart.

Hulk throws some snow at Wolverine and then thunder claps (HULK 1) causing Wolverine pain from his super hearing. Hulk shouts and curses then tries to punch Wolverine but misses.

Wolverine builds anger and unleashed his claws charges down Hulk and punches his claws right through Hulk’s gut until the claws stick out the other side (WOLVERINE 3). Hulk falls to the ground, Wolverine continues to slash Hulk (WOLVERINE 4,5) until Hulk is nothing but a bloody mess on the snowy ground. Wolverine walks away but senses something wrong and turns to find that Hulk is getting up and his wounds are healing. Hulk tells Wolverine to try that again.

Wolverine leaps at Hulk and slashes at his chest with both claws (WOLVERINE 6,7). Hulk tries to block the attacks with his hands, buy Wolverine cuts his hands up (WOLVERINE 8,9,10,11,12) and notices that the madder Hulk got the faster they healed. Hulk manages to grab hold of Wolverine hands and throws Wolverine to the ground (HULK 2).

Wolverine leaps up and over Hulk and slashes him down his back (WOLVERINE 13), then turns and slashes Hulk up his back with is claws (WOLVERINE 14,15). Hulk grabs one of Wolverine hands and throws him into a tree (HULK 3). Wolverine jumps up and charges at Hulk and Hulk charges right back, they collide and Hunk punches Wolverine back (HULK4). Wolverine gets up and Hulk is glad because he wants the fight to last along time. Hulks friends shot him with a missile and tell them both to stop fighting. Wolverine tells Hulk that he thought that he had learned to control himself, but he was still the man that he was all those years ago when they first fought. Hulk tells Wolverine that he is not because he is smart know and he is better then everyone. Wolverine tells him “yeah, sure” and Hulk leaps away.

WOLVERINE WINS, WOLVERINE GOT FIRST STRIKE & BLOOD, NOT TO MENTION LEAD IN THE POINTS 15 TO 3. Wolverine is clearly the champ, as usual Hulk couldn’t keep up with Wolverine. In fact, Wolverine killed Hulk, who was only saved by his healing factor, if Wolverine had cut Hulks head off when he was down, he would have been permanently died, but he didn’t. So, Hulk healed and they got to continue this awesome fight until Hulks friends interfered.
