In another dimension, Akkaba, the Dark Raiders, Lifeforce, Spyne, and Hurricane take Cyber to their secret citadel to meat their leader Genesis. A man named Jamil guides then to the secret entrance of the citadel.

Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters in Massachusetts, members of Generation X, Husk, M, Synch, Jubilee, Skin, play foosball, when Chamber tells the team that someone was coming out of the forest behind the school. Jubilee quickly recognizes the man to be Logan. Banshee and white Queen welcome Logan into the school and offer him dinner. Jubilee walks in a little mad that Logan didn't call her back, Logan explains that the reason he came was because Jubilee ask him and he thought he could teach the Generation X some fighting skills.

Next morning in the bio-sphere, Wolverine tells the Generation X team that you always enter the fight to win, no retreat, no surrender. Husk tell Wolverine that she doesn’t want to kill anybody, Wolverine tells her to never get into a fight then. Wolverine tells Skin to attack him, Skin is reluctant, Wolverine unleashes his claws and Skin tries to restrain his hand, but Wolverine pulls his other claws on him. Wolverine tells Skin to never look at your opponents hands, always look at their eyes, then tells Skin that he has some good moves. Wolverine tells the team to try and find him in the biosphere, then disappears into the biosphere. After a bit, Husk finds Wolverine, but something is wrong. Wolverine quietly tells the team to leave quickly, and once they were all out, tells Banshee and White Queen to lock up the biosphere and run a full scan of it first thing tomorrow morning.

The next morning, Banshee and White Queen come back from scanning the bio-sphere, they found nothing, and think that Logan was just paranoid. Jubilee and Skin, insists that they did see something last night. Skin and Jubilee tells them that during the night they followed Wolverine to the bio-sphere and they saw Wolverine fighting some kind of forest spirit, no punches were thrown, but Wolverine was in a berserker rage and then the spirit left. They ran to Wolverine and asked what it was, Wolverine told them it was a Token. Wolverine tells Jubilee to take care of her self then disappeared into the forest.

Banshee tells them that a Token is actually a wraith of the dead or of the living. Jubilee ask how Wolverine got it to leave, Banshee's tells them that Logan's presence there drove it out because the Token could not abide by one of its own.
