New York, at the George Washington, Logan returns to see the X-Men, while Ghost Rider pulls up along side Logan to tell him that a spirit from his past, Ogun has returned. Ghost Rider could feel Ogun's evil spirit. Logan and Ghost Rider heads to the Metropolitan Museum.

Inside the Metropolitan Museum, Logan and Ghost Rider ride their motorcycles into the museum, which is closed for the day. Ghost Rider takes Logan to a special exhibit called Treasures of the Martial tradition. Logan sees in a display case, Ogun's devil mask, Logan can't believe that it's their because he had destroyed it in their last battled. Ghost Rider tells Logan that certain artifacts of the black arts can't be unmade by normal means, and had to be mystically broken before it is truly destroyed. Logan hears a sound in the next room, but they find nothing, they come back to the display case they notice that Ogun's sword and devil mask is gone. Ogun jumps out, Ghost Rider throws chains at him, but Ogun deflects the chains. Wolverine takes a swing at Ogun, but Ogun dodges and flips over Wolverine. Ogun throws his sword away and tells Wolverine to attack him. Wolverine remembers back in his mind.

In the Past, When Ogun trained Logan in the martial arts. Ogun purposely discards his sword and keeps telling Logan to attack him since he's unarmed. Logan would try, but Ogun would hit Logan in the face, finally Logan goes berserk and beats Ogun up. Ogun tells Logan that he won, but was it Logan the man or Logan the beast that won. Ogun tells Logan that he must be equal man and beast and that’s called walking the swords edge.

In the present, Wolverine suddenly realizes where the Ogun's sword is and catches out of mind air, just before it was going to hit him in the head. Wolverine takes the sword and slices Ogun's devil mask in half and tells Ogun that he is walking the sword's edge. The spirit of Ogun vanishes from the armor suit.

X-Mansion, Gambit comes to Sabretooth's cell to tell him that Wolverine is on his way, hoping Sabretooth will get nervous. Sabretooth gets so angry that he leaps at Gambit, but the force field keeps Sabretooth from getting out. Sabretooth then tells Gambit to tell Wolverine that he doesn’t have adamantium anymore and he is waiting for him.
