Underwater, Wolverine and Tiger Shark battle. Wolverine cuts Tiger's arm and then kicks him in the face. Wolverine swims to the surface for air, but Tiger Shark pulls him back under. Wolverine releases his claws and tries to attack Tiger Shark. Tiger Shark rams Wolverine's claws into the coral reef, Wolverine stuck to the coral reef, Tiger Shark leaves Wolverine to drown, while he hunts down La Bandera back at the Medical Center.

At the Medical Center, La Bandera and her followers locate the room where the prisoners were held, but they are gone. Geist tells her that it was all a trap for her. Tiger Shark shows up and kills her followers, causing her powers to fade. Tiger Shark punches her to the ground, but she uses her staff to fling Tiger Shark into Geist, allowing her to get away. Tiger Shark followers her down to the bottom. Tiger Shark is about to attack La Bandera when Wolverine comes out of the smoke and starts tearing Tiger Shark's suit off, while explaining that he got lucky with the coral reef, that it was a thin section and that after enough kicking, it gave away. Then Wolverine punches Tiger Shark over the rail to the waters below. La Bandera tells Wolverine that he was right when he said her power could hurt alot of people. They head to the top floor of the medical Center.

On the top floor of the Medical Center, Felix Caridad, Sister Salvation, and the scientists see that the cocaine causeing sores to appear all over Roughouse's body. Caridad promises to let Sister Salvation see her child again if she heals Roughouse. Salvation touches his body to allow her miracle touch to heal him. Wolverine and La Bandera make it to the top. They free Roughouse and escape on a helicopter with the political prisoners. The helicopter flies over the ocean and Tiger Shark leaps from the sea and grabs and damages the helicopter, the weight pulls the helecopter down. Tiger Sharks wounds that Logan had caused attracts the attention of real sharks, who pulled Tiger Shark back into the water and eat him alive. The helecopter gets back up into the air, but unknowing to Wolverine, he had been shot with the darts tainted with the odd cocaine in his back by Geist.
