Logan became Weapon X after being abucted and experimented on physically and mentally to make the perfect soldiers. Logan's bones were bonded with unbreakable adamantium and his mind altered with memory implants and devices. Weapon X eventully went mad and escaped killing most of the guards and scienctist that worked at the Weapon X facility. Weapon X lived in the Candian forest for a undisclosed amount of time, then was found by Heather and James Hudson and nursed back to humanity.
