New York, New York, Damage Control Inc. Wolverine enters the building and asks to talk to Walter Declun, but the secretary tells Wolverine if he has an appointment, but Wolverine tells her that she has twenty seconds.

20 seconds later, President of Damage control Ann Marie Hoag ask what Wolverine wants. Wolverine tells he that he is here to see Walter Declun. Ann Marie tells him that Walter is the CEO and is very busy. Wolverine tells her that he is here to see Walter Declun about the Mutant Growth Hormone that Declun gave to Nitro to blow up Stamford, so that Damage Control Inc could get the clean up job. Ann Marie tells Wolverine that she always knew he was bad, in fact he took over her company by buying up all the stocks and made himself CEO. Declun comes out and tells Wolverine that he called SHIELD and they are on there way. Wolverine tells Declun that its going to be fun talking him down.

Later, Wolverine sneaks back in the building and plants a device that records all information in the company computers and then takes it to Forge. Forge tells Wolverine that Damage control Inc used the MGH to make super humans for powerful so when they get into a fight they will cause more damage and then Damage Control Inc will get the contracts to do the cleaning. Forge tells Wolverine that they are war profiteers. Wolverine tells forge that they wont be much longer.

New York, New York, Pier 46, Wolverine destroys all of Damage controls vie heals at the warehouse at the pier.

Grand Cayman, Cayman Island, Wolverine takes Damage Controls Inc stocks and money from the bank there.

Xavier Institute for higher learning, Emma threatens Wolverine because of all the involvement he has had lately with what going on. Wolverine tells them that they are X-Men and the whole reason why they exist is to get involved and do the right thing.

Declun tells one of his employees that he needs to talk to his stock holders since it seemed they were selling their stocks. Declun buys a huge office building as their new head quarters. Wolverine goes to check it out, knowing full well that it’s a trap set for him, but decides it would be fun to spring the trap anyways. Wolverine finds the building crawling with Damage control robots and they begin to fight. Wolverine takes out one by slashing its chest and then slashes another, throws one away. Then one shots a saw blade at Wolverine and Wolverine realizes that Damage Control wasn’t just cleaning up after battles they where salvaging any weapons and armor for use on they own army of robots. One of the robots grabs Wolverine and starts to slice into Wolverine neck with a saw blade.
