Medford, Cassie Lathrop and her fellow ATF agents do a raid on Leeds gun shop. Tom Leeds is arrested and charged with illegal firearm sales and trafficking. Tom Leeds is surprised to find out that Cassie Lathrop was really a undercover ATF agent. Cassie asked a fellow officer if they were able to find any information on Logan or his license plate number. The officer tells Cassie that nothing came up on Logan and his license number is registered to a dead man in Topeka. The officer tells Cassie that Logan is a ghost and she won’t be able to finds him. Cassie tells the officer that she doesn’t know where he is but Tom Leeds does.

Westfall, Logan pulls up to the RR Café and orders a slice of Loganberry pie and coffee. A man ask Logan about his Harley, but Logan tells the man that he is just delivering it to a man named Dennis Terril. The man stands up and tells Logan that Dennis Terril has no friends around there and ask for Logan to leave. Logan tells him after he is finished with his pie. The man grabs Logan by the arm, but Logan grabs his back and twists it till the man can’t move. Logan finishes his pie while twisting the mans arm. When Logan is done he tells the man they can finish this outside.

Outside, Logan finds a phone book at the pay phone and finds the name Joe Braddock. The man and his friends surround Logan. The man asks what Logan wants with Dennis Terril. Logan tells the man that he wants to finds Joe Braddock now. The man ask why, Logan responds that he knew his daughter. The man begins to throw punches, but Logan restrains him and kicks one of his friends in the groin and the other in the face. Logan gives the man Lucy’s journal assuming the man is Joe Braddock, the man admits that he is Joe Braddock, then begins to weep because he knows his daughter is dead.

Medford police station, Cassie Lathrop questions Tom Leeds about Logan, but he isn’t willing to talk. Cassie beats Tom Leeds up and he starts telling her everything he knows. Cassie leaves on her way to Westfall.

Westfall at Joes trailer, Joe tells Logan that Dennis Terril is a corrupt sheriff in those parts. Dennis Terril would allow a gang by the name Brothers of the New World to kidnap young girls and keep them prisoners in a compound 60 miles out in the desert. Joe tells Logan that Dennis Terril cut out his eye when he demanded that Dennis Terril investigate the disappearance of his daughter, Lucy Braddock. Logan hears something outside and finds Dennis Terril and four Brothers pull up. Dennis Terril yells over the loud speaker for Joe to come out with his friend in three seconds. Logan and Joe don’t come out, so Terril and the Brothers open fire on the trailer with their automatic weapons.
