Muir Island, outside Excalibur's base, Wolverine under the influence of Cyber's hallucinogen sedative drugs, punches Zoe Culloden in the face. Nightcrawler, Shadowcat and Dr. Moira try to find out what’s going on with Wolverine. Wolverine sees all of them as Magneto's henchmen. Zoe pulls a gun on Wolverine, but Shadowcat kicks it out of her hand. Nightcrawler grabs Wolverine and tries to restrain him, Wolverine extends his claws and throws Nightcrawler off of him. Shadowcat disorients Wolverine with her phase powers and Moira sedates him. Nightcrawler finds out that the gun Zoe pulled on Wolverine only shot out restraining ropes.

Docks of Scotland, Inspector McCleod and Colonel Mack recover the burnt ambulance from the harbor. Divers in the water can't find anybodies in the water. Out on the water, a rich couple, Reg and Daphne, drives their speed boat around the harbor, when suddenly they hit something. Reg and Daphne look over the side only to find Cyber. Cyber kills them both and heads to Muir Island on the speed boat.

On Muir island, inside Excalibur's base, Moira does a blood analysis on Wolverine, and decides to flush out Wolverine's entire system because it had a dozen different organic poisons and hallucinatory drugs in it. Zoe and Shadowcat argue a little in frustration that the couldn't do anything to help Wolverine. Moira and Nightcrawler strap Wolverine to a security gurney and are going to lock him in a confinement from, since he was in a berserker rage. Shadowcat comes back and tells them not to lock him up like a criminal. Wolverine sees all them as evil Magneto’s trying to kill him. Wolverine breaks a restraint off one of his hands and tries to cut Shadowcat. Suddenly an alarm sounds that their is an intruder, then the power goes out.

In the generator room, Cyber tears the generator apart, then destroys the back-up generator also. Cyber then makes his way to the medical area of the base.

Excalibur's base, medical area, Wolverines frees himself from the restraining table and pushes Moira and Nightcrawler back in a berserker rage. Shadowcat approaches Wolverine, but all Wolverine sees is Magneto, Wolverine takes a slash at Shadowcat, then realizes that he just cut into Shadowcat. Wolverine snaps out of his hallucination and thinks he killed Shadowcat, but she phased out just in time and never got hurt. Cyber reaches the medical area and threatens Wolverine. Nightcrawler, Shadowcat and Zoe all attack Cyber, but Cyber knocks them all back. Wolverine threatens to cut out Cyber’s other eye, Cyber gets mad and jumps at Wolverine. Wolverine and Cyber battles it out until they both entered the neutralization chamber. Shadowcat runs in and tells Zoe to shut the door to the chamber. Zoe slams the chamber door shut. Shadowcat phases out Logan with her powers and run through the door, leaving Cyber locked in the neutralization chamber by himself. Cyber pounds on the door to let him out. Wolverine ask Shadowcat to help him walk and tells her that they have a lot of catching up to do.
