Canada, on the 401, Logan is night cruising on his motorcycle, when a rabbit being chased by a fox runs out in the road. Logan tries to avoid the animals but hits them, Logan is thrown off the bike. After a moment, Logan gets up, injured from the crash, he remembers that his healing factor isn't working right. Three bikers find Logan's bike, as Logan returns to the bike one of the bikers ask if the bike is his "scoot". Logan hears the biker say "shoot" and unleashes his claws, Logan yells in pain and thinks that his claws don't sound or feel right to him, he falls to the ground in pain and faints.

In a helicopter over midtown Manhattan, Ronald Parvenue reveals to Lady Deathstrike that he has found Logan for her, Ronald Parvenue tells Lady Deathstrike that a short man on a motorcycle crossed using a Canadian passport for Logan w. Logan. Lady Deathstrike thanks Parvenue and they head to the border in his helicopter.

Ottawa, Ontario, the three bikers take Logan to Heather Hudson's home, they found the address in Logan's hand. Heather Hudson wonders why they would do that for a stranger, They explain that he looked like a one of them, a fugitive.

In Logan's mind, Logan remembers back when he was a secret agent, then Mariko Yashida's skeleton comes after him, then Magneto tells Logan that he was only as good as his adamantium. Logan wakes up yelling that he is more then that.

Meanwhile, Lady Deathstrike is getting closer to finding Logan, she finds where Logan crashes his bike, she follows the scent to the three bikers at a local biker bar, and threatens to kill them if they didn't reveal where they took Logan.

138 A Laurier Drive, Heather Hudson, Logan gets cleaned up and takes a shower, when he shaves he realizes that he has to TP his face, because his healing factor couldn't heal it. Logan has Heather look up the names of the people who were working on the Weapon X project, but only Ferro and Hines come up. Ferro made donations to research projects and Hines wrote a paper on the effect of complex metallic salts on the immune system and tissue regeneration. Logan thinks that without his adamantium, his healing factor won't work and the only person that could clear that up is Hines and she is dead. Puck shows up and tells them that their is a limo that keeps circling the house. Suddenly, Lady Deathstrike bursts through the window to attack Logan.
