In Tahoe, Nevada, The Grey Hulk using an alias Joseph Fixit meets with an American crime boss, who hires Hulk to find out if his partnership with General Coy in Madripoor should be terminated, since Coy has been unable to deliver his opium. Hulk's Limo leaves for the airport. On the US 395 near the China Lake Navel Weapons Test Center. Hulk has a run in with a biker gang, after the bikers scratch his limo and hit his girl driver. Hulk smashes there bikes and beats up the biker leader, takes his bike and drives to the Airport.

In Madripoor, at the Palace. The Prince threatens to throw everybody into his deepest dungeon, then he recognizes Lindsey McCabe, his most admired American actress. He tells his guards to treat them as his guest. Patch meets up with Tyger, takes her mask off and tells her that the Prince wants the fighting to end, General Coy can control drugs and slaves and Tyger you control everything else. Tyger wants to kill Coy now. Patch explains that if she does someone will take his place. Patch leaves. The Prince shows Lindsey, Jessica and Patch his private collection of posters and statues of Lindsey from different film roles. After that, The Prince makes Coy and Tyger agree that they will both share the title crime lord. Later on that night, at the Sovereign Hotel, Karma slips out of her dress and into her rob just before a very drunk Roughouse breaks into her room. Patch shows up and punches Roughhouse out while Karma possesses him to sleep. Karma tells Logan that a enforcer is coming called Mr. Fixit to hurt her uncle, Coy. Karma is afraid if Coy is dead he won't be able to help her find her kidnapped brother and sister.

At the Madripoor International Airport, Hulk is attacked by Coy's hired henchmen. Patch helps out to save the lives of some of the locals. Hulk pays Patch to get him to the Sovereign hotel before sunrise. Patch is curious as to why it had to be before sunrise, so he breaks into Hulks room a couple hours later. Patch find a very human Robert Bruce Banner sleeping on the bed. Patch thinks he is going to have fun with this.
