Los Angels Airport, Logan and Gambit are trying to board a flight to Tokyo. Logan has some trouble with the metal detector because of his adamantium-laced skeleton. Security doesn't believe that Logan has adamantium skeleton. Logan sticks his arm in the x-ray machine to show them. Security still isn't going to let Logan board because they saw six blades in his forearms that are longer than permissible. Gambit suggests For Logan to call Nick Fury at SHIELD to clear up the situation.

Elsewhere, a cyborg called Cylla is activated by it's maintenance program after the "Logan flag" had been triggered when Logan called SHIELD To get security to let him on the airplane. A create with Cylla in it is sent to Tokyo with Logan's name on it, so it would get delivered to him.

In Tokyo, Ropongi District police station, Jubilee is in jail, three female hoodlums were going to beat her up and take her stuff. Jubilee keeps them back by using her mutant powers, but that causes her to be detained and sent to a detention center.

In Tokyo, Narita Airport, Gambit and Wolverine arrive and hail a taxi, a taxi cuts off another taxi to pick up Wolverine and Gambit. Wolverine tells the driver to take them to the police station. The taxi driver tells Wolverine he’s going to take a short cut, but its a set up, they get ambushed by two ninjas of the Hand. Wolverine cuts the roof of the taxi loose and Gambit blows it off and with it the ninjas. They proceed to the police station.

Tsurayaba Matsuo, leader of the Hand, in his Limo calls Mariko Yashida, head of the Yashida clan, at the Yashida estate. Matsuo ask why Logan has arrived in Japan. Matsuo warns Mariko that she had better not have called Logan for reinforcement to her clan, but Mariko insists that her clan had nothing to do with it. Matsuo tells his ninjas to kill Jubilee.

In Tokyo, Ropongi District police station, Jubilee is thrown in the back of a van and going to be transferred to the incorrigible minor Facility. Logan arrives and is told that Jubilee has been transferred. Logan tries to reclaim his motorcycle, but Inspector Jotaro Isuzu stops Logan and tells him he had broken other import violations, and takes him to show him.

In the police van, Jubilee meets Reiko, who finds out that she is obligated to kill Jubilee for the Hand, since Reiko killed a Hand agent in the past, Dai-Kumo. Matsuo took Reiko's corneas out of her eyes by laser surgery, till she fills her obligation to the Hand. Reiko attempts to kill Jubilee with a blade coated with blowfish toxin.

In Tokyo, Ropongi District police station, Inspector Isuzu tells Logan that they had received package for him, containing prohibited items such as a cyborg. They begin to open the crate, when Cylla smashes her way out. On the main floor of the police station, Gambit charms some ladies, Sunfire enters, hearing that his friends, the X-Men, were having some trouble. Suddenly, ninjas sent by the hand, pour through the front door of the police station.

In the police van, Reiko almost stabs Jubilee, but Jubilee tells Reiko that if she kills her, her pal Wolverine will kill her with his claws. Reiho stops attacking and remembers a man named Patch, who spared her life once. Reiko ask if Wolverine goes by the name Patch, Jubilee tells her yes, so Reiko spares Jubilee's life and lets her go. Yukio shows up and tells Jubilee that any friend of Logan’s is a friend of hers.

In Tokyo, Ropongi District police station, Cylla and Logan battle it out, while Gambit and Sunfire brawl with ninjas.
