The Crunch Conundrum: The Chimerical Mystery Tour,

On the Citadel, Wolverine, Spiral, and Mystique get on Logan's motorcycle and ride into the Citadel to stop Mojo's scheme before the extinction of the universe. Mojo appears on a big screen TV with Jubilee as his captive and Plasma Wraiths attack.

In Canada, on the stealth bomber, Albert and Elsie Dee analyze the adamantium skeleton they found, through computer-generated images they discovered the skeleton is Logan’s, except the skeleton is about two hundred years old.

In the Citadel, Spiral attempts to hold the Plasma Wraiths back, while Mystique and Wolverine makes their way to Mojo Mojo's time vortex is stalling the end of time and with out the crunch their can be no big bang, there is no beginning if their is no end. Mojo tells Jubilee that he'll save Wolverine from death, if Jubilee becomes his slave. Wolverine, Spiral, and Mystique continue fighting Plasma Wraiths. Gateway suddenly appears in Mojo's vortex, images of Elsie Dee, Albert, the stealth bomber and a cruise missile appear in the vortex. Wolverine tells them that he knows Elsie Dee and Albert and they have a stealth bomber, but he doesn’t know what the missile was. Spiral realizes that the cruise missile has been changed to an anti-matter missile, which could cause a chain reaction that would initiate the crunch. The image of Gateway disappears. Wolverine tells Spiral to time travel back and find Elsie Dee and Albert and get the missile. Spiral and Mystique leave the end of time back to the present. Jubilee yells for Spiral not to leave Wolverine all alone. Wolverine tells Jubilee that their is more at stake then just him. Mojo offers to save Wolverine, if she will become his slave again. Jubilee tells him that she will never do that, Mojo tells her she will say yes and takes the metal mask off Abicissa, Abicissa is really Jubilee from another alternative time line.

In Canada, Spiral finds Albert and Elsie Dee, because she help Pierce build them and put tracking devices on them. Elsie Dee ask them why they need the missile, Mystique tells her that they need it to save Wolverine in their future. Elsie Dee tells Spiral that, how could Wolverine need help in the future if he died in the past and shows them the skeleton. Spiral tells her that the skeleton his from an alternative time line, but if she could have the anti-matter cruise missile she will send them to the time where the skeleton is from. Elsie Dee agrees.

In the Citadel, Wolverine grabs the missile as it comes through the vortex and aims it at Mojo. Jubilee escapes on Logan's motorcycle, grabs Wolverine off the missile, they head through the vortex back to the present. The missile hits Mojo directly.

In the present at the Fantastic Four headquarters, Logan, Nick Fury, Beast, Gambit, and the Thing are playing Poker. Mr. Fantastic tells Logan that Jubilee is on the phone. Logan answers the phone and tells Jubilee he was just thinking about her. Jubilee tells Logan that she was just thinking of him too, but she has been arrested for driving without a license, speeding, resisting arrest, his bike has been impounded for not having an import duty stamp. Wolverine tells her that is Harley was made in the USA, so it doesn’t need a import duty stamp, Jubilee tells him it does in Japan and that’s where she is.
