Forge and Jubilee dive into the East River where the Stealth Bomber had sunk. They found a deactivated Albert floating in the cockpit. The ejection seat was missing from the pilot seat. They think Logan must have used it to escape. The coast guard comes and picks up Jubilee and Forge and takes them back to dock, because there is a huge storm coming.

At the South street sewer outlet, Elsie Dee pulls Logan into the sewer. Logan unconscious with no heart beat and no breathing lays helpless. Elsie Dee can't seem to revive Logan, so she runs off to find help. Logan wakes up and realizes that his healing factor has kicked into overdrive and cut his consciousness out. Logan begins hallucinating and remembers forgotten memories, when Silver Fox had died. Elsie Dee wanders the sewer looking for an exit. Elsie Dee finds a bunch of dead alligators and Sabretooth laying face down in the water.

In the sewers, Marlock Alley, The storm is causing flooding in the alley. Masque, the leader of the Morlocks gets two of his bigger guys close valves to redirect all water to the South street outlet. Logan finds Sabretooth and blames him for killing Silver Fox. Sabretooth tells Logan that he is his father, which helps him get the first hit, they both exchange blows. Elsie Dee runs right into Cable, who is hunting Sabretooth. Elsie Dee tells Cable that he must help her friend Logan. Logan and Sabretooth continue to fight, the tunnel fills up with water, they manage to crawl to a higher ground, but the water continues to rise. They can't get out because a door at the end of the tunnel is locked. Sabretooth tells Logan again that he is his dad, but Logan tells him that he isn't convinced. On the other side of the door Elsie Dee tells Cable to shoot the locks off the door.

At the East river, Jubilee and Forge look for Logan, underwater Albert reactivates himself.
