In Lowtown Madripoor at the Princess Bar, Patch and Archie Corrigan are at the bar having a drink. A Japanese gang, the Yakuza enters the bar. Patch tells Archie to leave via the back entrance. Archie runs out the back, but Goro stops him and is about to kill him, when Reiko stops him and lets Archie go. Dragonhead and his assistances, Seven and eleven tell the gang to kill Patch, then they leave. The gang opens fire at Patch, Patch jumps behind the bar. Patch jumps out and starts killing the group. The gang slash, stab and shot Patch but he still fights on, Patch cuts the support beams for the ceiling, the ceiling comes crashing down on the gang. One member is able to shot some rounds into Patch as he was leaving, Patch falls to the ground.

At the Prince's palace, Dr. Malheur and Dai-Kumo present an offer to the Prince Baran, General Coy and Tyger Tiger. Dai-Kumo tells them that the Madripoorian Spider-Monkey that is native to Madripoor has a chemical that could cure cancer, and what they request is that the prince allow them to harvest the monkeys and sell the serum to rich wealthy people who may have cancer, Which would make them all rich. Tyger Tiger tells them the locals won't like it. Dai-Kumo tells Tyger that the only local that matters is Patch and that his men are taking care of him. Tyger ask why the prince would let him attack Patch. The Prince tells her that they have made an arrangement. Tyger leaves and sees that the Prince has a bunch of new cars in his car ports.

Back at the Princess Bar, A gang member stabs Patch in the back with his sword. Patch breaks the sword in half and throws it into the gang member’s gut. The fight rages on at the bar. Patch finally kills all the gang members. Archie calls Tyger from a pay phone, but she isn't at home. Dragon head and his assistances, seven and eleven know that they must face Patch, so they take Thunderbolt, a drug that makes you feel no fear or pain. Seven and eleven stab themselves on Patch's claws so he cant use them. Drangonhead cuts into Patch' s neck with his sword, Patch cant pull his claws out of the guts of Seven and eleven, so he hacks out of them. Drangonhead and Patch battle all the way to the docks. Tiger and Archie arrive and follow a trail of blood to the docks. Dragonhead pulls the pins out of two grenades, grabs Patch, and pushes both of them into the water. Sharks smell the blood and approach. Tiger and Archie see the grenades explode from under water, and the dead sharks float to the top. Patch grabs Tyger's leg and Archie pulls him back up on the dock. Tyger ask how he escaped, Patch tells him he gave Dragonhead to the shark and they ate him, grenades and all. Goro and Reiko see that Patch survived and Goro vows to take care of Patch himself.
