Hotel Bellagio in Las Vegas, Logan crawls across the floor, while Sabretooth, Omega Red and Lady Deathstrike celebrate their victory over Logan. Sabretooth grabs Amiko, so Logan leaps at him, but Omega Red smashes a wine bottle into the back of his head. Omega Red wraps up Logan in his tentacles and squeezes him. Sabretooth tells Logan that now that he stole some of Weapon X’s money and technology, he is going to become a big player. Omega Red and Lady Deathstrike demand to know where their portion of the money is. Logan continues to crawl toward Amiko, while Sabretooth agues with Lady Deathstrike and Omega Red. Logan cuts Amiko loose, then Sabretooth slams Lady Deathstrike’s head into Omega Red’s, then grabs Logan and Amiko and teleports away.

The Canadian Wilderness, Sabretooth stands over Logan and wakes him up. Sabretooth tells Logan that when he stole some files from the Weapon X computers, one was called the Logan Files, which held all the secrets of Logan’s past. Sabretooth offers to give Amiko and the Logan Files to Wolverine if he can kill him or find Amiko before he does. Logan decides to run off and find her, since he doesn’t have his healing factor and is already beat up.

Weapon X compound, Agent Kane tells the Director that Sabretooth has teleported to somewhere in the Canadian wilderness, it looks like it in the middle of nowhere. The Director sees and remembers that the original Weapon X facility is there.

The Canadian Wilderness, Logan hides up in a tree and waits till Sabretooth passes under him, Logan leaps down and slashes Sabretooth’s back. Sabretooth throws Logan to the ground and tells Logan that his wounds will heal, but Logan’s won’t. Sabretooth takes off Logan’s shoe and slashes his claws all up Logan’s leg. Logan kicks Sabretooth down into a trap with spikes. Sabretooth crawls out of the pit and sees that Logan has run off.

Later, Logan comes across the original Weapon X facility. Logan enters the facility and looks around, suddenly Sabretooth jumps out at him and tries to strangle him. Logan grabs a scalpel and rams it into Sabretooth’s eye and cuts the tops off of some oxygen tanks, they explode igniting the room on fire. The Director and his men arrive at the facility. Logan climbs down into an exhaust pit and finds a case labeled Logan Files, then sees Amiko tied up and hanging on a wall. Logan gets her down and finds that she is not breathing. Suddenly Sabretooth calls to Logan and tells him that he said he could have her back, but he didn’t say in what condition. Sabretooth jumps down and slashes Logan. Logan fall to the floor, Sabretooth grabs the Logan Files. Sabretooth opens the case and it is empty. Sabretooth tell Logan that the files never existed and the reason why Logan couldn’t remember his past was because his healing factor healed over the bad memories. The Director orders his men to fire the MCP at Sabretooth so he would loose his powers too. Sabretooth stabs his claws into Sabretooth’s chest, Logan stabs his claws into Sabretooth’s neck. Logan is about to stab his other set of claws into his chest, but the director shows up and demands him to stop. Sabretooth teleports away and escapes, Logan prepares to fight the Director and his men, but collapses the floor. The Director calls for the doctor, which check Logan’s pulse and find that he is already dead.

Japan, Matsuo Tsurayaba home, Matsuo prepares to kill himself, but first makes out his will. Matsuo explains in his will that even though he is a powerful crimelord it is meaningless to go on living life because he had killed Mariko Yoshida, who happened to be the love of Logan’s life. Logan vowed to return on the anniversary of her death and cut of a piece of him each year. Matsuo remembers that at first he didn’t take Logan serious.

In the Past, Matsuo discussed business with some associates, when Logan broke in and cut off his arm. The next year Matsuo was prepared with an army of well-trained Hand ninjas, but Logan slaughtered them all and cut off Matsuo’s right ear. The next year, Matsuo got bodyguards, snipers, mounted lasers and motion detectors, but Logan managed to get to Matsuo and cut off his nose. The next year, Matsuo had a bionic arm and a full armored suit made for him self. Matsuo tried to defend himself but Logan cut out his gall bladder.

Present, Matsuo waits for Logan to come so he can beg for mercy, to allow him to kill himself with honor. The clock hits 12 o’clock, but Logan doesn’t come, Matsuo looks around and wonders what could make him break his vow.

Elsewhere, Logan lays bloody and beaten on the ground and is zipped up in a body bag.

Alabama, Logan runs through the forest from someone, when he comes across a blask lady, who has a flat. The lady tells Logan that god sent him to help her with her flat. Logan tells her that she needs to get away from there, but she says that she needs her flat fixed. Logan begins to fix her tire. The lady looks into Logan's eyes and tells him that he has seen many trails, but Jesus can forgive him if he just ask for it. Logan remembers many times that he has thought about god and finishes her tire. Suddenly, wild dogs show up, Logan slaughters them with his claws and tells the lady to escape. Some hunters see that logan killed their dogs, so the open fire at him, Logan and the lady fall to the ground from getting shot. The lady looks over to Logan and tells him to not die without knowing God and she passes away. Later, Logan finishes her burial just off the road, Logan gets into her car and drives off leaving the dead bodies of the hunters in the road. Logan thinks that when he dies that he won't make heaven his home. Wolverine Battle:
