Bloodsport Tournament in Madripoor, Mister X stands in the middle of the ring accepting his applause. Patch runs down to talk to Mister X, who is greeting Viper with his bodyguard, Blok. Patch ask why he was trying to help him, Mister X responds that he knows many people in the government and he didn't want Logan to take credit for a murder he didn't consciously commit. Patch tells Mister X that they need to finish their fight, Mister X tells patch that they will in the ring.

Later ringside, Jae Lo gives Patch some water before he fights, Patch enters the ring to fight Puma. Puma comes charging at Patch, but Patch just slams him to the floor. Patch begins to feel woozy, puma slashes at Patches gut, then at his chest. Patch back up so the he's right next to the electric fence that around the ring. Puma comes leaping at Patch, but he ducks and Puma electrocutes himself unconscious. Patch wins the fight, but doesn't care he goes to look for Jae Lo, who drugged him. Patch catches up to Jae Lo and threatens to punch him if he doesn't say who gave them the water, Jae Lo tells patch that it was Viper. Patch looks over to Viper; Viper is looking right back and blows him a kiss. The next fight begins between, Taskmaster and Mister X. Taskmaster tries to use all the moves he learned from Dare Devil, and Captain America, but Mister X blocks all the attacks with ease. Taskmaster jumps to the top of the cage, but Mister X beats him there and throws him back down to the bottom. The referee tells Mister X that he won, but Mister X says he hasn't killed his opponent. The referee stops Mister X and tells him that its over, Mister X grabs the referee and kills him.

Later, Logan and Mister X enter the ring for the final match, for the title of Bloodsport champion. Logan kicks and punches, but Mister X blocks them all. Mister X uses nunchakus, blades and ball and chain to defeat Patch. Taskmaster makes his way under the ring and lights it on fire, mad because he lost his match. Patch suddenly realizes how Mister X blocks all his attacks, its because he is a telepathic. Patch thinks that if he can get into a berserker rage, Mister X won't be able to anticipate his next move, because Patch doesn't think when he's in his rage. Patch begins to think about Weapon X, Mariko and gets angry. Patch burst into a rage and slashes like a animal, until Mister X falls the ground. Patch grabs him by the head and is about to stab him through the head, but Blok steps in front and protects his employer. Suddenly the ring falls apart from the fire and it collapses into another room below. Patch looks around but Blok and Mister X had vanished.

Later, Patch is packing to leave, when Viper enters his room and tells him that she need his help because Ogun is back.
