In the Past in Japan, after Yolyn killed his father and took his birthright, Yolyn cut his brother’s throat, while he begs for his life.

Gom’s safe house in Tokyo, Japan, Gom eats soup, while Yukio and Amiko watch. Kia tells Yukio and Amiko that they must eat. Gom tells Yukio that if Wolverine fails it will be over for them.

Haan’s Penthouse in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo, Wolverine scales the side of the sky scrapper and cuts through a window to enter Haan’s penthouse. Wolverine smells that he has been discovered and decides to just open the doors to Haan’s room. Haan’s is filled with over a hundred of Haan’s men all armed with automatic weapons. Haan tells Wolverine that he knows that Gom sent him to get his head and ask him to go ahead and try. Haan’s men open fire, Wolverine dodges by leaping into the closest group of men and starts attacking. Haan leaves the room and goes down to his car. Haan’s men fire at eachother, trying to take down Wolverine. Wolverine pushes Haan’s men and himself out the window and they fall down to the streets below.

Gom’s safe house, Silver Samurai tells Gom that he would have never call him if he knew was going to kidnap Amiko and Yukio. Gom kicks Silver Samurai in his chest wound and grabs him by the throat. Yukio tells Amiko that she must try and escape because Wolverine was trying his best. Wolverine returns to Gom’s safe house and is yelling that he told his brother he was coming. Gom insist that he never told his brother. Suddenly, the house explodes as Haan and his men enter. Gom sneaks off and tries to escape. Wolverine attacks Haan’s men. Yukio, Amiko and Silver Samurai attack Gom’s men that are holding them at gun point, Kia come in and kills Gom’s men and helps Yukio, Amiko and Silver Samurai escape in her van, but they don’t trust her, so Kia poised them and kidnaps them.

Back of Gom’s safe house, Haan finds Gom sneaking off and shots him in the shoulder. Gom begs for Haan not to kill him because they are brothers, but Haan tells Gom that is exactly why he must die and shots him through the head. Haan and his men escape. Wolverine finds Gom dead on the ground, Kia ask for Wolverine to help her. Wolverine smells Yukio and Amiko on Kia and demands to know where they are. Kia tells him that she will tell him once he helps her make peace with her brother, by protecting her. Kia ask her Wolverine to help her or kill her either way she seeks peace. Wolverine decides to help her.
