In a holding cell in the Shinjuku District Police station, Logan tells the prison guards to leave before the Hand shows up. Pale Flower ask Logan why he let himself be captured, Logan explains that the Hand have been trying to trap him and they have Amiko and Yukio and the only why he can find out where they are is if he can follow a Hand ninja back to their hideout. Pale Flower tells Logan that there is no way the Hand is coming to attack a police station. Suddenly a monk appears in the jailhouse and ask the guards to let him pry for Logan who is going to die, the guards try to get the monk to leave, but the monk attacks them with a set of iron rosary beads. Then the monk claims to be a master of the Hand and rips the Logan's cell door off, Logan claws at the Monks face, but it causes no damage. The Monk reveals that he called Iron Monk and he can not be harmed by mortal hand or blade. Logan dodges Iron Monk's iron rosary beads. Logan grabs a steel bar and slams it against Iron Monks head, but Iron Monk hits Logan with his rosary. Pale Flower sneaks up behind Iron Monk and breaks a brick over his head, so iron Monk knocks her away with his rosary. a little man shows up called Yohei and explains that he is sent by Silver Samurai to give Logan back the honor Sword since he didn't protect Amiko. pulls the honor sword out of its seethe and stabs it through Iron Monk till it pokes out the other side, killing him. Logan picks up Pale Flower, who was knocked out y Iron Monk and leaves through a secret passage that Yohei shows him.

In the middle of Tokyo bay, Akatora's palace, Amiko begins to wonder where Yukio and Logan are, Emi and Sumi tell Amiko that Logan and Yukio went to Paris and are having a great time with out her. Emi goes down and tells Yukio that they are torturing Amiko, Yukio threaten to kill Emi. Emi then goes outside and tells Akatora that Amiko is ready for the next stage in the brainwashing.

At the Tokyo waterfront, Logan, Pale Flower and Yohei comes out of the sewer. When suddenly Blue Monkey Gang members threaten to kill them for being in their turf. Yohei single handedly kills the gang members, Logan looks in amazement. Pale Flower tells Logan that Yohei pretends to be a weak, but he is really the head enforcer of the Yashida Clan. Yohei tells Logan that Pale Flower is also something she appears not to be, she is a mutant and doesn’t even know it. Yohei explains that the Noodle Vendor in Tokyo was more than just an informer, he was passing secrets to everyone about everyone else, and that he heard the Noodle Vendor send info to an American Agent of the Special Mutant Task Force about Pale Flower. Pale Flower wonders if that is why her father sent her away to a boarding school. Logan tells them that he has to get back to finding Yukio and Amiko. Yohei and Pale Flower both offer to go and help him in his journey.

In the Shinjuku District, Sumi and Emi find the Noodle Vendor and tell him that they know he has been selling secrets to everyone and that he wasn't loyal to Akatora and that they were there to kill him.
