Shiva was created by the Weapon X project, to terminate any Weapon X subjects. Shiva is a termination program that learned from its mistakes. The List of Subjects to terminate are Wolverine, Sabretooth, SilverFox, Kestrel, Vole, Mastodon and Wild????. Wolverine defeated two shiva robots, so before the professor died he programmed Shiva to skip Wolverine and move to the next name on the list.
