Prince Baran was a decendent of a family of Pirates. Prince Baran rules the island of Madripoor, he allows illegal activity on his island as long as he gets paid. Prince Baran has made attemps to kill Patch because he works outside of his rules. Prince Baran was killed by a shot in the head by general Coy, who thought that Wolverine would spare his life after framing him.
