Wolverine Vol.1 #62-64,Aldo Ferro was a crime lord called "Il Topo Siciliano" who once owned half of the land and businesses in Cuba. During the Weapon X experiment, Ferro used his telepathic powers to implant false memories in Wolverine and the other test subjects. Ferro tried to preseve his body in a mechanical suit and called himself Psi-Borg.
